SAIC has an immediate and funded opening for an experienced program integrator to provide extensive program management support to assist the stand-up of a technical training program. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Gather and analyze training data in the customer area such as hiring numbers, job functions, and career paths. The candidate will create charts and graphs in Excel to convey information to stakeholders.
• Independently reach out to partners to acquire information for the setup and running of the training program. Such partners include technical directors, career development officers, and Learning Enterprise components.
• Create engaging PowerPoint slides for presentations about the training program.
• Work with a web developer to assist with design and maintenance of a website for the training program.
• Assist with performing needs assessments including creating and analyzing surveys, coordinating focus groups, and presentations to stakeholders.
• Assist with identifying existing internal and external training that address the program’s needs.

Qualifications

TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Must have current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field (four years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree) and 9+ years of experience.
• Must have experience with training / education platforms at either the enterprise or the component level.
• Must have ability to work independently and implement solutions to obstacles as they arise.
• Must be proficiency in the use of Hive, One Note, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
• Must have strong communication skills and executive presence, and ability to reach out to a variety of partners across the Customer space.
• Must have ability to provide regular written and verbal status updates / briefings.
