SAIC is looking for an IT Support Technician II to join our team in Washington D.C. This individual will be responsible for providing desk side and/or call center support to end users for complex issues. Escalation point for IT Support Tech level 1. Researches end-user issues and develops a plan for remediation. Performs research and resolution support independently. Creates, updates and closes, incident and service requests with the IT service management system. Adheres to IT Processes and SOPs.
