Job Description


SAIC is hiring for a Property Administrator Analyst in the Chantilly, VA area. Remote/Telework options are available for candidates local to the Chantilly/Washington, D.C. Metro area.

The Property Admin Analyst is responsible for performing tasks related to the administration of government customer property. Responsibilities may be in one or more of the Property Management areas: acquisition, receiving, records, physical inventory, reports, utilization, maintenance, subcontractor control, relief of stewardship and closeout. Work is done using sound business judgment to meet customer regulatory and contract requirements as well as company policies and procedures and applicable laws. This position requires knowledge and experience with the reporting requirements of classified customers.

  • Frequent use and application of industry practices, techniques, and standards. General application of concepts and principles. Receives assignments in the form of objectives and establishes goals to meet outlined objectives.
  • Participates in the development of solutions to a variety of problems moderate in scope and complexity. Often refers to policies, procedures and practices for guidance.
  • Works under general direction on routine work. May receive detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.  Follows established procedures. Work is reviewed for sound judgment, overall adequacy and accuracy.
  • Contributes to the completion of organizational projects and goals. Errors in judgment or failure to achieve results would normally require a moderate expenditure of resources to correct.
  • Frequent internal company and external contacts. Represents organization on specific projects.


Required Education:

  • Bachelor's and three (3) years or more of related experience; Master's and one year of related experience.

Required Security Clearance:

  • Active TS/SCI required. Must be able to obtain Polygraph.

Desired Skills and Certification:

  • NPMA CPPS preferred, not required.
  • Training in property management outcomes will be provided as necessary.
