JOB DESCRIPTION:  SAIC is seeking an experienced Systems Integrator to create, implement, and maintain a systems integration/engineering framework for a customer that maintains a portfolio of diverse technical capabilities to provide technical support to operations.  The candidate will report directly to the deputy chief, but work daily with team members to assist with project management rigor.  You will tailor a project framework that contains a configuration item library and ensure that the team consistently follows it.  You will assist with creating and managing project plans to clarify the intelligence issue to be solved and develop proposed courses of action.  You will assist the project teams with managing and adjudicating incoming requirements and devising proposed solutions.  You will also help write requirements for projects and assist with developing schedules and adhering to them. 

Qualifications

TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Must have current/active TS/SCI clearance w/Polygraph
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field or (four years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree) and at 10+ years of experience.
• Must have experience leading and supporting project teams in a fast-paced environment against high priority targets.
• Must have experience creating and managing project plans that capture requirements, constraints, schedules, milestones, resource needs, and budget.
• Must have outstanding coordination skills and ability to build strong customer relationships, along with a high comfort level managing multiple requirements.
• Must have experience with MS Office applications or project management software to build and track project plans. 
• Must have experience supporting customers of all levels, including excellent facilitation skills and the ability to provide regular status updates and briefings.
