JOB DESCRIPTION: 

SAIC is looking for a Senior Configuration Analyst with a TS/SCI clearance who is also experienced in supporting PEO C4I Programs. This position will support the Lead Configuration Manager implementing and managing CM tasking across multiple programs within a Navy Acquisition Program office in San Diego, CA.

• Ensure CM policies and processes are enforced within programs
• Provide CM process training
• Develop Program LCCB Charter   
• Establish and facilitate Program LCCB
• Establish and maintain technical baselines
• Review and manage engineering changes
• Coordinate with ISEA CM teams
• Establish relationships across functional areas
• Work closely with SCD developer/Fielding Planner for engineering change and installation alignment
• Participate, as required, in the following: PMW CCB, PTRB, System Engineering Technical Reviews (SETRs) and Process Improvements efforts

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more experience ; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience. 4 years of additional experience will be considered in lieu of degree.

Active TS/SCI

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of PEO C4I and NAVWAR enterprise processes and policies and familiarity with CMPRO, SPIDER, NDE ·
• Ability to work with and build relationships with a variety of stakeholders, government technical representatives and other supporting contractors
• Excellent written and oral communications 
• Ability to work independently and in a team collaborative environment and brief senior government personnel 

Desired Skills and Certifications:

• Experience with and understanding of the DOD acquisition process
• Certifications or completed Courses in CM from DAU or other learning institution
