SAIC has an opening for a Program Management Training SME. This position can be worked remotely nationwide.
SAIC's Execution Excellence organization is looking for an individual with the desire to educate SAIC's broad Program Management community through collaboratively developing a Program Management curriculum with the leadership of our two Sectors and Functions, developing content and providing training. SAIC is looking a Program Management SME with training experience and practical PM experience to lead PM training content aligned to SAIC's primary outcomes for its PM community.
Key Areas of Responsibility Include:
- Developing training curriculum and content related to Program Management execution.
- Act as Program Manager of PM Training content by acting as collaborator across Enterprise to drive Enterprise outcomes.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of related experience, Masters and 10+ years of related experience.
- Minimum 10 years combined of relevant experience as a program manager, deputy program manager, project manager or other similar position in support of Federal government contracting, Commercial or State & Local customers.
- Experience developing training curriculum in multiple mediums (documents, videos, exercises, games, etc.)
- Experience conducting training including in-person (live and virtual) instruction.
- Experience and expertise with financial concepts.
- Experience and knowledge of program management and financial tools, software and methods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience within the Program Management community within SAIC.
- Knowledge of SAIC tools and processes including Fusion, United Solutions, Costpoint and Taleo.
Target salary range: $175,001 - $185,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
