Works with limited oversight as part of the program management team whose core responsibility is to, analyze, and report on data collected. Particular focus will be on building, maintaining, and analyzing schedules and budgets. This activity will include generating program/project status, cost and schedule indicators, project and portfolio schedule trends, critical path analysis, and schedule optimizations. Responsible for developing and analyzing weekly/monthly reports on business related metrics. Identifies potential project and portfolio trends and risks to management. Provides overall risk management support to management. May provide program logistics activities. Provide technical writing/editing and communications. Devises or modifies procedures to enable management to make program decisions based on cost benefit analysis and schedule considerations. May also be responsible for Pre-Award support to include creation of acquisition strategies, source solicitation and evaluation documentations, and participation in evaluation and source selection team support. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Project, Power Point, and Word. Supports various FAA programs to include: Spectrum Efficient National Surveillance Radar (SENSR), Terminal Automation Modernization Replacement (TAMR), Surveillance Services Group (SSG), Non-Cooperative Radar Systems, Cooperative Radar Systems, Surveillance and Broadcast Services (SBS), Terminal Flight Data Management (TFDM), Air Traffic Systems (ATS), Advanced Technologies and Oceanic Procedures (ATOP), Aviation Weather and Aeronautical Services Program (AJM-33) and Surveillance and Broadcast Services Operations (SBS Ops).
TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and ten (10) years or more of related experience; Masters and eight (8) years or more experience ; PhD or JD and two (2) years or more experience
US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
