SAIC is seeking a Senior Logistics Training Analyst to support the US Navy in Crane, IN

 
The candidate shall be able to plan, develop and support the Logistics processes and procedures to ensure life-cycle management of NSWC Crane/ PEO IWS EW programs. Provide analytical support for the planning, identification, development, implementation, integration, and monitoring of product support package deliverables for client staff, Product Support Manager and Program Office personnel.

Job Tasks include:

  • Support the development and review of logistics acquisition and sustainment documentation for ACAT and non-ACAT programs, ensuring Navy and DoD requirements compliance.
  • Create, update or review (as required) Training materials, Training Effectiveness Evaluation Plans (TEEPs), Training Effectiveness Evaluations (TEE)s, Job Task Analysis (JTA), Front End Analysis (FEA), Training Requirements Planning (TRP) including Training Transfer Agreements (TTA), Navy Training Systems Plans (NTSP) using OPNAVINST 1500.76. 
  • Review Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and update Product Support and Logistics products to reflect impacts to current Manpower, Personnel and Training (MP&T). These may include: Life-Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP), Product Support Strategy (PSS), Product Support Business Case Analysis (BCA), Maintenance Support Plan (MSP),  Logistics Requirements Funding Summary (LRFS), and Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM)/Technical Manual review and validation.
  • Support and participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and working groups, Configuration Control Boards (CCBs), provisioning conferences, Manpower, Personnel and Training (MPT) working groups, and other activities and record minutes and action items for all product support meetings.
  • Review logistics acquisition and sustainment documentation. 
  • Provide analysis, assistance, and support for the development and maintenance of product support budgeting and funding, life cycle cost estimating for performance-based logistics business cost analysis, and logistics requirements.

The position requires experience in the development of reports, plans, schedules, programmatic plans and procedures, and other related documentation. Writing skills capable of managing updates, changes, and modifications to program documents, processes & procedures and a competent user of Microsoft Office Suite applications.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and 9 years or more of related experience.  4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree.
 
Experience in Navy Surface Training development and implementation preferred. Experience with Navy surface EW systems desired. Experience in logistics management/administration and building relationships with multiple stakeholders; Government technical representatives, and contractors required. Excellent written and oral communications skills; ability to work in a team collaborative environment; and ability to brief senior government personnel.
