Description

We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst, reporting directly to the Head of Service Delivery Innovation. This role will manage essential business activities and support the development and execution of the organizational business strategy. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a business management or consulting role, have an analytic mindset and excellent interpersonal skills to produce results with cross-functional collaboration. You must be a creative and results-driven thinker and an excellent problem solver.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

·        Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution

 

·        Serve as a liaison for the VP, Service Delivery Innovation, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them. Act as a confidante, advisor and sounding board for ideas

 

·        Conduct analysis to “connect the dots” and create innovative solutions to business challenges

 

·        Collaborate with Sector and Strategy Growth and Innovation teams on initiatives to support the business strategy

 

·        Analyze and synthesize information to present data-driven recommendations

 

·        Serve as the project lead on internal strategic initiatives

 

·        Manage external projects and consulting partners

 

·        Work with team leaders and present to senior executives

 

·        Help coordinate organization-wide initiatives and work to improve existing processes for maximum clarity, efficiency, and success

 

·        Work with and/or lead cross-functional teams

Qualifications

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field or equivalent experience
  • Must have experience with presence training 
  • Demonstrated professional experience in a business/project management or consulting role
  •  Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for productive collaboration within and outside of core organization
  •  Strong financial acumen
  • Detail-oriented and data-driven
  •  Possess an encouraging, can-do attitude
  • Business-minded and a strategic planner
  •  Self-motivated and self-sufficient
  • Proven creative thinker with strong business acuity
  •   Experience in Federal Government Contracting Industry

Target salary range: $105,001 - $115,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
