Description
SAIC has an opportunity for a Program Analyst in Aurora, CO to work within the Intelligence Community on complex Continuity of Operations (COOP) crucial to our national security objectives. Qualified candidates must possess a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph. Key duties/responsibilities include, but are not limited to
-Serve as SME for all COOP and Continuity of Government (COG) issues and activities.
-Serve as representative to NRO HQ Continuity & Critical Infrastructure Protection (CCIP) office Continuity Working Group (CWG)/Vulnerability Assessment Subcommittee (VAS).
-Maintain COOP plans and related addendums.
-Coordinate with all Mission Partner COOP POCs as necessary for planning, training, exercises, emergency communications, alternate locations, etc.
-Support the planning and coordinate annual COOP exercises, which can include remote activations.
-Serve as POC for planning and integration of COG capabilities, to include devolution of HQ functions.
-Perform COOP self-assessments bi-annually and report/brief.
-Coordinate acquisition and management of emergency communications capabilities.
-Develop and coordinate miscellaneous COOP projects and initiatives to include enterprise storage solutions for essential records and automated personnel accountability system.
-Identify COOP vulnerabilities, gaps, deficiencies, and requirements.
-Develop Operational Need Statements (ONSs) and Unfunded Requirements (UFRs) for COOP capabilities as needed.
Annual salary is $115,001 to $125,000.
Qualifications
TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and six (6) years or more of related experience; Masters and four (4) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience.
Cleararnce required to start: Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Must have a college degree
-Experience working as a SETA
- Must possess the ability to work in team atmosphere as well as work independently
- 2-5 years within the IC or DOD community working COOP programs
- NRO Experience strongly desired
