SAIC is currently seeking an entry to intermediate level System Administrator with experience in a DoD environment to support our efforts in Huntsville, AL. Must have Microsoft Active Directory and VMWare experience as well.
Under general direction, this position is responsible for acting as the primary system administration resource in a service desk environment. Provides Tier II Service Desk support for a variety of incident and service request types. Provides knowledge and assistance to Tier I Service Desk personnel when needed.
This position will frequently interface across teams with configuration management and system administration personnel in order to resolve problems and deploy solutions through the service desk.
