SAIC is seeking a Communications Analyst to support a large federal government agency. Employee will perform on-site, at a secure government location Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Occasional off-hour, weekend and holiday support may be required during scheduled and un-scheduled events.

Description of Duties:

• Develop internal and external communications including memorandums, service advisories, notifications, slide presentations, brochures and other electronic and hard-copy work products that are relevant, effective, current and useful. Work products must be practical, easy-to-comprehend, succinct and “on-target” with the intended audience.
• Draft and maintain content to support technical and end-user guides, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), trouble-shooting guides, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and online Knowledge Base (KB).
• Monitor and respond to customer email inquiries regarding technical services. Ensure consistency in quality and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
• Collaborate with other organizational teams and support elements as necessary.
• Provide feedback for visual work products, ensure design aesthetics are consistent and appropriate

Qualifications

Required Education & Experience

• Bachelors and six (6) years or more of related experience; Masters and four (4) years or more experience; 
• Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communications with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work with government senior management officials, project management team members and technical staff members.
• Strong sense of collaboration, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and quick turnaround deliverables.

Required Clearance

• Must hold at least an Interim Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Desired Experience & Skills

• Experience working in large-scale IT organizations
• Graphic and web design skills
• ISO-20000 experience
