Responsible for building, maintaining, and analyzing program data. Duties include generating program/project status, cost and schedule indicators, project schedule trends, critical path analysis, and schedule optimizations. Responsible for developing and analyzing weekly/monthly reports on business related metrics. Identifies potential project trends and risks to management. Supports creation of cost estimates for procurement actions. Develops business systems and processes based on user needs and requirements. Devises or modifies procedures to enable management to make program decisions based on cost benefit analysis and schedule considerations. May have quality assurance responsibilities. Serves as an expert contributor in particular business processes responsible for formulating systems scope and objectives relative to the organization's business plan and industry requirements. Acts independently or as a member of a project team responsible for providing guidance concerning the business implications of the application of various systems. Can create mathematical models and provide quantitative methods related to business processes/ practices.
The candidate must have experience and knowledge to perform daily activities in support to TFBM or TFDM contract management and acquisition surveillance functions. The candidate must have experience with current TFBM or TFDM program contract management and data management existing processes. Experienced support with knowledge of the PMO Risk Issue and Opportunity (RIO) management process will be required. The candidate must provide support for Tech Refresh and IDAC Implementation efforts.
The candidate must have in-depth knowledge of the aviation industry, major stakeholders to the FAA, and TMA/TBFM processes and capabilities.
The candidate shall support the program office in data gathering and preparing responses.
MINIMUM TANGIBLE QUALIFICATIONS:
Master of Business Administration and 5+ years’ experience. Would consider a Bachelor of Arts/ Science Degree with 10 years related experience or an Associate of Arts/ Science degree and 15 years of related experience
US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
