SAIC is seeking a Program/Financial Analyst to support the FAA Terminal Flight Data Manager (TFDM) program management team. The successful candidate will work with the TFDM Business Manager and perform activities related to developing and analyzing recurring reports on business related metrics; identifying potential project or portfolio trends and risks to programs budget; and coordination with other financial analysts and program offices, as needed, to facilitate successful budget management and execution. Particular focus will be on building, maintaining, and analyzing program spend plans and budgets. This activity will include generating program/project cost reports and monitoring the fiscal year (FY) budgets for TFDM and related programs. Responsibilities may also include performing program logistics activities and developing/modifying procedures to support data-driving decision making within the organization. Minimal travel is expected.
