We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Data Analyst to join our team to begin an exciting and challenging career with SAIC. This position is currently 100% remote due to COVID.
Responsibilities:
• Translate business rules into technical solutions
• Design and develop SQL reports
• Trouble shoot reporting issues
• Integrating SharePoint with SQL Server Reporting Service (SSRS)
• Designing, developing and maintaining SSRS reports
• Understanding of fundamental database design principles
• Assist developers with complex query and tuning
• Work as part of a cross functional team of developers
• Create and maintain documentation
Qualifications
Skills:
• Improve the efficiency of existing queries in SSIS packages
• Experience in designing, developing and maintaining SSRS reports
• In-depth understanding of relational databases
• Install and configure SSRS
• Strong knowledge of Transact SQL
• Strong communication, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
Experience:
• Bachelor's degree and 9 years or more experience
• Extensive experience building SQL reports and queries
• Extensive experience with SQL Server Reporting Service (SSRS)
• Extensive experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
• Experience troubleshooting stored procedures
• Experience developing Tableau Dashboards
• Tracing existing code to derive business rules when prior documentation does not exist
• Database Administration experience
• Must be US Citizen and possess ability to obtain Federal Government Public Trust Clearance prior to starting assignment
Knowledge of:
• Power BI
Target salary range: $125,001 - $135,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
