SAIC is in hiring a Cisco WebEx SME, your primary role will be as a Technology and Strategy Expert on diverse and challenging projects. You will be responsible for the leading the implementation and integration of our new Cisco system. Desired candidate must also have expertise in designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning production operations for Webex software, and experience developing knowledge transfer communications. Looking for a talented individual who is passionate about leading emerging technology projects and excited about the opportunity to work for industry-leading organization.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Cisco Technology across the enterprise focused on Cisco Webex.
  • Hands on and Experienced on Cisco Webex suite expert who comes in and reduces the complications around Cisco Webex - audio & video conferencing issues.
  • Help conduct Webex telephonic and video conferences for executive and senior management and be their ‘dedicated go-to-support SME’
  • Simplify the usage mechanisms for users to adopt Cisco Webex
  • Create user-friendly and concise user training material and cheat sheets for the users and conference rooms
  • Understand interoperability with other Cisco Cloud products
  • Create implementation and integration strategies to get the most out the Cisco System.
  • The candidate must have excellent oral and written skills and be able to present technical information in formal presentations to both internal and external customers. Communicate clearly across all divisions to employees at all levels.
  • Work closely with teammates to ensure timely delivery of project goals and ensure smooth ongoing operations and maintenance
  • Provide the high level strategic vision and then direct a team of engineers to execute

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive, relevant industry experience in an enterprise environment
  • Experience working in a Consulting Environment or as a Technical Project Manager is preferred
  • Growth in technical skills through certifications (CCNA, CCVP, CCNA Collaboration) or other similar achievements is desired
  • Experience designing and implementing Cisco Webex and creating high-level strategy for uniform enterprise adoption

 

Certifications:

  • Preferred but not required Cisco Collaboration Cloud and Edge Solutions(CLCEI), Cisco Collaboration (CCNA Collaboration)

 

This position is temporarly remote due to Covid-19.
