SAIC has an opening for an Intern Technical II in the following locations:

  • Oak Ridge, TN
  • Crane, ID
  • Orlando, FL

The intern will perform the following: Provides technical support, either within the company or in support of customer contracts, on assignments using established procedures. Candidates are primarily engaged in the technical or scientific disciplines through the course of college study. (It should be understood that this is not intended to be a detailed nor comprehensive description of any individual employee's job content. Managers set the specific duties and responsibilities for each employee). Main responsibility of job is to manage customer issues/tickets through ES3 software system.  Must be able to triage and troubleshoot common Windows issues.  Remote software utilized for most troubleshooting, some onsite.  Good working knowledge of MS Active Directory and varied MS Office products is a plus.  

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

Must currently be enrolled in an IT related Bachelor's Degree program . Proficiency in Windows is a must, as is MS Office 2016 and MS Active Directory.  Having  1+ years experience working with customers/resolving common Windows issues is recommended.
