JOB DESCRIPTION:
SAIC has an immediate need for a DOORS Requirement Analyst to support the Systems Simulation, Software and Integration Directorate (S3I) in continuation of the Apache AH-64D Post Production Software Support (PPSS) sustainment located on Redstone Arsenal (Huntsville, AL).
Responsibilities Include:
- The candidate will be needed for requirements development, maintenance, and sustainment.
- DOORS system administration to include: project, folder, and module creation, Hierarchical/database structuring, partitioning, and creating objects, attributes and linkages

Continuous process improvement, risk management, process analysis and development, and system hardware and software life cycle sustainment and development.

Utilize DOORS system for requirements tracking/traceability
Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors and two (2) years or more experience; (4 years of experience can be used in lieu of degree)
Clearance: Must have an Interim Secret Security Clearance to start with the ability to obtain a full Secret Clearance
Technical Environment: C, Linux, Helicopter Avionics, custom libraries, SVN, Bugzilla, JIRA
Required Skills:
- Experience with DOORS system administration to include: project, folder, and module creation, Hierarchical/database structuring, partitioning, and creating objects, attributes and linkages
- Experience with Rational Publishing Engine
- Analyze system, software, and hardware specifications and interface documents for capabilities to integrate into an Operational Flight Program (OFP) system
- Must have strong Systems Engineer background with a full understanding of system engineering processes (requirements management, formal technical reviews, artifact reviews, configuration management, and schedule management)
- Experience using version control and tracking software (Bugzilla, JIRA, bitbucket, confluence)
- Ability to coordinate with the Software, Hardware, Product and Project Leads to ensure appropriate integration, implementation, documentation, test, and delivery of desired capabilities
- Must be comfortable with highly complex technical environment and possess strong attention to detail and follow-through skills
- Must be comfortable with vendor/supplier documentation
