SAIC has an immediate need for a Senior Earned Value Management (EVM) Analyst to provide support to NASA Programs and Projects under the Marshall Integrated Program Support Services (MIPSS) Contract at the Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) in Huntsville, AL. 

Job Responsibilities:

• All aspects of EVM implementation, baseline maintenance, analysis, forecasting, and reporting
• Develop project-level EVM processes that are compliant with EVM standards and NASA policies and procedures
• Implements EVM policy, best practices, and process in support of the Mars Ascent Vehicle (MAV) Project Office
• Ensures the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) is developed and maintained
• Leading the prime contractor Integrated Baseline Review (IBR)
• Conducts surveillance of the prime contractor EVM data and process
• Leads the MAV Integrated Baseline Reviews
• Performs advanced EVM data analysis, trending, reporting and forecasting from the Project Manager and MAV Technical Leads
• Develops and presents briefings, corrective action findings and recovery plans
• Provide one-on-one advice and analysis to project/technical managers
• Develop and teach various Project Management, EVM, IBR, WBS, Data Analysis and software specific courses

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience: 

• Bachelors and six (6) years or more of related experience; Masters and four (4) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience. 
• 4 years of additional experience in leiu of degree. 

Skills: 

• Prior EVM system surveillance and compliance experience per Electronic Industries Alliance EIA-748, Earned Value Management Systems
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and other Microsoft Office products
• Hands-on EVM experience is required
• Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, have strong interpersonal skills, and work under minimal supervision
• Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interface with all levels of an organization
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and successfully complete a U.S. government background investigation

• Experience with Milestones Professional, Empower, and Cobra desirable
