SAIC has a need for a senior level Test Engineer to support the AMCS/EES programs in Huntsville, AL.
The candidate will provide systems engineering support for the Aviation Mission Common Server (AMCS) / Environment Exploitation System (EES) Modular Capabilities Demonstration (MCD) project in support of SAIC and the Software, Simulation, Systems Engineering and Integration (S3I). The AMCS / EES provide the functionality of the currently fielded Improved Data Modem (IDM) 401 and Degraded Visual Environment (DVE) Synthetic Vision Avionics Backbone (SVAB) LRUs. The AMCS / EES MCD project will provide a high level practical and operationally relevant demonstration of the AMCS/EES prototype in a laboratory environment with focus on proving its capability to perform a subset of the delivered functionality.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors degree in an engineering related field and 5+ years of experience
Clearance: Must posses an Interim Secret Clearance with the abIlity to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
Desired Skills / Working Knowledge
Travel: 1-2 trips per year
