Description
SAIC is looking for an experienced Operations Manager/Deputy Program Manager who will support and assist the Program Manager (PM) with the management of all services and personnel. As the Operations Manager of a 24/7 Watch Floor, the candidate will be expected to focus on managing all aspects of Operations. This will include developing and strengthening leadership skills in existing personnel in management roles (Team Leads, Watch Floor Managers, etc.). The Operations Manager will working with the Training Department to enhance existing and/or develop new Training Programs to grow the capabilities and skills sets of the operations team. The DPM shall also work collaboratively with the Government PM, COR and Contracting Office as a DPM. Under the guidance of the PM, the candidate shall assist in the overall management of this program and ensure that the technical solutions and schedules in the program are implemented in a timely manner.
