SAIC is seeking an Associate Cyber Operations Planner with active TS/SCI Polygraph to work onsite with our customer at Ft. Meade in Maryland.
This position is in support of future work associated with MARFORCYBER. This role is contingent upon award in the Spring of 2021.
Cyber Ops Planner Duties and Responsibilities:
- Shall make recommendations and provide guidance on organization-wide system improvements, optimization or maintenance efforts in the following specialties: information systems architecture; networking; telecommunications; automation; communications protocols; risk management/electronic analysis; software; lifecycle management; software development methodologies; and modeling and simulation.
- Shall draft or edit Operational Plans (OPLANs), Operational Orders (OPORDs), and Fragmentary Orders (FRAGOs), participate in Joint Planning Groups and Teams (OPG/OPT) developing and integrating cyber capabilities into plans, support MARFORCYBER action officers with planning and research and analysis on national and DoD cyberspace policy, analysis of cyberspace events and operations, provide specialized expertise in such areas as Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) Collection and Analysis, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), All-Source Intelligence Analysis and Production, Intelligence Collection Management, and Exercise Planning.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of Two (2) years experience with military cyberspace operations and the military planning process, or in military cyberspace operations
- Bachelor's in Science degree or higher degree in engineering or IT related field. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
REQUIRED CLEARANCE:
- Candidate must currently possess and be able to maintain TS/SCI with Polygraph.
