JOB DESCRIPTION: SAIC is seeking an experienced self-starter Senior Program Integrator to support a cadre of senior mission center officers. You will work closely with mission center chiefs individually and as a group to facilitate interactions with their customer groups. You should have familiarity with the customer mission and culture and be able to identify gaps, as well as decipher tasks and goals based on the strategies of the center chiefs. You must be able to effectively interface with the staffs of the center chiefs as well as multiple groups within the larger customer set. you will use collaboration tools to track actions, shape agendas, and ensure timely decision-making. You will help develop and manage work processes as the chiefs evolve their collaboration with their customers and partners. You will have strong interpersonal skills and executive presence, and an ability to facilitate actions that advance the goals of the center chiefs.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirement Skills:
- Must have current/active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field and 9+ years of experience or (4 years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of degree)
- Must have demonstrated experience supporting the goals and strategies of senior officers
- Must have strong MS Office skills and expertise utilizing collaboration tools to facilitate and organize customer activities
- Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Must have track record of initiative and successful coordination with teammates on actions, timelines, and daily workflow
- Must have ability to track partnerships, projects and provide written and oral summaries to the customer
- Must have experience identifying and implementing work process improvements.
