SAIC has a requirement for a program Site Operations Manager Lead to serve in the Hanscom, AFB, MA local vicinity. SAIC is providing key design, installation, and research support to facilitate a successful implementation of a DoD multilevel security (MLS) system meant to allow greater collaboration between various government networks. This program provides support to testing and fielding new technologies and concepts. SAIC will design, build, and test systems meant to challenge and improve the existing paradigm of the USAF enterprise network architecture. 

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Serves as customer facing lead and as the SAIC Program Manager’s lead for all program deliverables.
• Supervises remote and local IT engineering contract team members to ensure performance actions align with stated contract fulfillment requirements. 
• Supervises engineering teams that designs, plans, integrates and tests Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)-based systems and virtualized systems using DevSecOps techniques. 
• Supports engineering teams that build, configure, and test a variety of system designs supporting testing and integration of Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC), MLS, virtualization, encryption, system monitoring, and auditing.
• Develops program execution schedule to use within a larger government Integrated Master Schedule. 
• Works with SAIC PM and financial program controllers to ensure program financial status aligns within budget.
• Works procurement actions to ensure rapid delivery.
• Works with SAIC contract specialists to integrate vendor partner capabilities.
• Works with recruiting specialists to maintain overall staffing level requirements.
• Reviews technical artifacts and/or technology plans and pulls in necessary program staff resources to include Cyber, Systems, and Network Infrastructure expertise to validate artifacts and plans.
• Tracks on site and CONUS wide project progress, coordinates actions to drive team collaboration and to enable government decisions. Supports teams to perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detailed trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications and/or recommendations.
• Provides weekly updates to the government and leads actions to align program support resources against government requirements 

Qualifications

• BA/BS computer engineering or related IT, System Engineering, or STEM degree and fifteen (15) years or more of IT operational and leadership experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• TS/SCI clearance
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Experience, Education, and Certifications:

• Experience with DevSecOps preferred.
• IT Systems fielding experience preferred.
• PMP and ITIL certification a strong plus
