SAIC is seeking an Operations Support Officer for the Night Shift within a 24/7 mission critical Operations Center. This is a very fast paced and exciting mission where what you do matters! Ideal candidates will have the ability to think on their feet and develop creative yet practical solutions to anticipated and unanticipated situations.
Qualifications
- Must have an active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Requires a minimum of 5 years of professional work or military experience
- Ability to work off-hours and shift work
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Blogs, Forums, Twitter, Facebook)
- Knowledge of email applications and capabilities that are stored within them
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and similar applications
- Solid troubleshooting skills, and outstanding communications skills (written and oral)
- Strong analytic capabilities and the ability to provide a clear and consistent rationale for decisions
- Excellent attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused mission
