This will allow you the opportunity to work on a critical mission requirement that will ultimately enable a more comprehensive, scalable, flexible data environment, and rigorous Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) ready analytic data environment for a key player in the IC.


  • Interacts with SCIF Manager to address SCIF associated concerns.  
  • Develops, and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment.
  • Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations.
  • Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies.
  • Ensures compliance with all DIA issuances governing the access to and use of Government Information Technology (IT) systems, including DIA Instruction 8500.003 and DIA Directive 8500.800.
  • Ensures compliance with DIA issuances on the introduction and use of portable electronic devices into DIA spaces, codified in DIA Instruction 8460.002.
  • Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitor access to restricted records and materials.
  • Conducts security education classes and security audits.
  • Oversees implementation of secure network architectures, customer IS requirements, operational concepts, and security accreditation plans and procedures.  
  • Ensures the development, documentation, and presentation of security education, awareness, and training activities for the team.
  • Investigates security incidents to include data spills, data integrity incidents, and malicious code incidents.
  • Supports the Facility Security Officer in other security disciplines such as communications security (COMSEC), physical security, document control, classified visits, personnel security and security education as needed.



  • Bachelors and fifteen (15) years or more of related experience; Masters and thirteen (13) years or more experience; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience.
  • Active DoD issued TS / SCI Security Clearance required / TS / SCI w/Poly highly desired.
