This will allow you the opportunity to work on a critical mission requirement that will ultimately enable a more comprehensive, scalable, flexible data environment, and rigorous Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) ready analytic data environment for a key player in the IC.


  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of the quality assurance and control for the DTMI Task Order.
  • Supports development, review, and updating of the program’s Baseline Quality Management Plan (QMP) that describes application of the appropriate methodology and metrics for accomplishing and measuring Government-approved performance expectations and objectives.
  • Interprets and incorporates customer goals, feedback, and requirements to the quality program.
  • Uses various methods of communication to inform and remind staff of the overall message of the program, as well as to disseminate, implement, and enforce all details and policies of the program.
  • Implements prescribed methods for collecting, maintaining, and compiling data needed for incorporation into quality program reporting and updating.
  • Implements and executes processes, procedures, and test/validation plans that conform to the QMP, as well as to contract and regulatory requirements.
  • Implements and executes procedures for and conducts audit, inspection, documentation, reporting, and resolution of quality assurance issues at all stages of the life cycle across the enterprise system, including new and existing hardware and software products, data, databases, networks, servers, facilities, systems, and services.
  • Monitors all operations that affect quality and communicates with external quality assurance officers prior to, during, and following inspections, as needed.
  • Continuously observes and analyzes quality data records to intervene with new or adjusted quality control measures to address habitual or newly discovered areas of service or performance deficiencies.



  • Bachelors and fourteen (14) years or more experience; Masters and twelve (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and nine (9) years or more experience.
  • Active DoD issued TS / SCI security clearance required. TS / SCI W/Poly highly desired.
