This will allow you the opportunity to work on a critical mission requirement that will ultimately enable a more comprehensive, scalable, flexible data environment, and rigorous Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) ready analytic data environment for a key player in the IC.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Provides contract budget, billing, and financial reporting and management support.
  • Ensures accurate financial forecasting/tracking and invoicing information to provide the Government with cost visibility and transparency.  
  • Supplies financial information needed for the Kick-off Meeting and Technical Status meetings to provide, at a minimum, billed and unbilled costs incurred, estimates and variances at completion, allocated budgets, funded amounts, and accumulated and individual invoice details, as well as issue identification/resolution to DTMI TPOC, FEDSIM, and other Government stakeholders.
  • Provides contractor and subcontractor labor hour data to Project Analyst for entry into the Enterprise Contractor Manpower Reporting Application (ECMRA).
  • Supports tracking of long-distance travel, and provides detailed project cost estimates for Trip Reports.
  • Also supports tracking of other direct costs, (i.e., software licenses), if required.
  • Provides EVM statistics for inclusion in the Monthly Status Report.  
  • Reviews labor time-charging and billing items for proper classification of costs and general correctness. Performs contractor and subcontractor billing review and reconciliation, and provides ODC purchase cost analysis. Supports internal contractor financial system setup, contract completion closeout, monitoring of costs incurred and staffing changes, and estimates at completion (EAC).
  • Performs all financial activities in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications

EDUCATION  / SECURITY CLARANCE AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • High School and seven (7) years or more related experience. Must have experience in Earned Value Management.
  • Active DoD issued TS / SCI security clearance required. TS / SCI W/poly highly desirable.
