The team is looking for assistance in creating contractual documentation in preparation for early FY22 new starts with multiple commercial vendors. These efforts will be to advance high-priority technology priorities for the customer, as well as for new secure communications capabilities. Finally, we would like this person to help prepare for and participate in senior level discussions with corporate America, with the goal of identifying clear opportunities, requirements, and programmatic management of these corporate relationships.
Qualifications
TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Must have current/active TS/SCI and Polygraph - no exceptions
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in an applicable field OR (4 years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of degree) and 9+ years of experience
- Must have ability to recognize and properly protect highly sensitive and compartmented data
- Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and executive presence; the ability to interact with senior government and corporate leadership on a routine basis
- Must have experience crafting contractual documentation, including Statements of Work and Sole Source Justifications
- Must have experience navigating the customer's contractual boards and processes.
