SAIC is seeking a highly motivated, self-driven and results-oriented systems integrator to support the front office for a key customer organization with an exciting mission. The successful candidate will apply a well-rounded set of skills an relevant customer experience to support a variety of customers and functions for a dynamic and exciting mission area. The candidate must be able to thrive in an environment that requires interactions with numerous stakeholders, the ability to prioritize tasks and follow through to ensure completion, and the ability to operate independently with minimal supervisions.
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Poly
- 14+ years of System Integrator experience and a BS degree
- Experience supporting a variety of activities to include program management reviews, quarterly reviews, ad hoc briefings and coordination, editing highlights and status reports, capturing and disseminating meeting minutes, helping with onboarding tasks and system requests, supporting offsite meetings, supporting vendor meetings, keeping phone cards updated and helping respond to action items
- Expert level skills with Microsoft Office products
- Work closely with customer front office leaders to support their organizational needs. Strong interpersonal skills, tact and judgment are required
- Proven ability to work independently without oversight on task completion and coordinate with the appropriate stakeholders as necessary. This skill is essential to the job
- Strong attention to detail, working quickly but accurately to deliver high-quality products that do not require correction
- A “self-starter” mentality to drive tasks to completion in a timely manner. This includes proven experience being responsible or capturing actions, dispositioning them, and following through persistently until they are completed
