Description
SAIC is searching for an advanced Program Analyst to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Real Property Investments and Deployments (MSR). Primary duties will include providing program integrations and scheduling support for developing, monitoring, reviewing and evaluating military construction program planning and schedule requirements. This position will be located at Redstone Arsenal, AL, supporting the Missile Defense Agency.
Develop and manage facility construction project execution schedules, monitor schedule performance and interdependencies; execute critical path analysis, schedule risk analysis and cost / schedule integration.
Prepare, develop and coordinate the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all military construction program objectives.
Ensure major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality.
Track plans and schedules, perform risk analysis; identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts. E/Construction Project Schedule Development, Surveillance and Oversight. Prepare Daily/Weekly Activity reports as required.
Conduct schedule analysis for logic, progress, and completeness using Microsoft Project and Oracle Primavera P6 software suites.
Develop white papers and PowerPoint briefings
Participate on various military construction project teams.
Collaborate and interface with internal and external stakeholders to manage multiple schedules to determine critical paths, identify potential conflicts & disconnects, and provide program risk’s qualitative and quantitative assessments, evaluations, tracking, mitigations, and reporting.
Mentor junior and intermediate level schedule analysts.
Qualifications
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Milestone Professional, Oracle Primavera P6.
Requires familiarity with Military Construction projects plus strong team collaboration and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate technical and programmatic status with Senior MDA/GMD Leadership
