SAIC is seeking a remote highly motivated Operations and Sustainment Quality Assurance Project Manager with an active Secret clearance to join our Cloud One Operations and Sustainment (O&S) team. The Air Force Cloud One Program is an existing global, cloud based infrastructure that hosts mission systems, applications, services, and data in support of DoD Services and Agencies.  Cloud One incorporates the capabilities of Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) and DevSecOps principles to provide common services and facilitate cloud application migrations to IL-4, IL-5 and IL-6 (NIPRNet / SIPRNet) cloud environments.
 
Responsibilities may include:

• Providing Agile project management support to the O&S lead and team
• Providing scrum master support to assigned, track and report on tickets and ensure that tickets are being worked, reported and closed
• Managing the Jira board and confluence sites
• Creating and updating O&S process documentation in alignment with the DESMF (e.g., ITIL framework)
• Conducting periodic quality inspections and root cause analysis when requested

Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a project manager, deputy project manager or quality assurance manager for an O&S team with a Bachelor’s Degree; Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with Agile Kanban or Agile Scrum, ITIL (or DESMF) frameworks
• Demonstrated proficiency in the following:
  • ServiceNow
  • Jira
  • Confluence and Bit bucket,
  • MS Word, Visio, Excel 
    Process Improvement 
    Documenting work processes
    Conducting root cause analyses

DESIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI – ACP)
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• SAFe Scaled Agilist (SA),
• DevOps
• IAT Level II Certifications (CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, SEC+, CND, SSCP)

REQUIRED CLEARANCE:

• Active Secret Clearance
