Description

SAIC is seeking a HelpDesk Support Services Specialist to join our Huntsville, AL team.  Position is in support of PEO Aviation.
 
The Helpdesk Support Services Specialist - Intermediate will frequently interface across teams with configuration management and system administration personnel in order to resolve problems and deploy solutions through the service desk. 

Job Duties:
  • Resolve service desk incidents and requests
  • Support Active Directory account operations
  • Interface with other teams to create solutions and resolve technical issues
  • Provide Tier I& II support
  • Support enterprise level applications
  • Must be able to attend and relay relevant information during meetings.
  • Must be highly professional and possess soft skills necessary to be successful in a high pressure environment.

Qualifications

 

Required Qualifications:
  • Must possess an interim clearance to start and have the ability to obtain an active Security clearance.
  • AA Degree in related discipline or, High School and two (2) years related experience with relevant certification.
  • Active CompTIA Security+ Certification or equivalent.
  • An acceptable Computing Environment certification.
  • Good documentation and communication skills
  • Must be self-motivated and willing to take ownership of issues
 
Technical Skill Requirements:
  • Windows 10
  • Microsoft Active Directory
