SAIC is hiring a Systems Administrator to join our team in Pyeongtaek, Korea !
System Administration, Software and Operating Systems Support. SAIC to provide 99.8% availability of all Mission Command C4I System Administration services, including authentication, messaging, applications, collaboration, data storage, file/print, anti-virus, Windows update, and back-up and recovery services running on USACISA-P-owned servers and equipment.
Document service delivery procedures in a System Administration, Software and Operating Systems SOP. All System Administration, Software and Operating Systems Support positions are considered ME.
Mission Command Authentication Services. Provide 99.8% availability of authentication services on Allied-Secret Communications networks. C4I authentication services currently include Domain Controller, Active Directory, and Group Policy services.
Mission Command Messaging Services. Provide 99.8% availability of messaging services on Allied-Secret Communications networks. C4I messaging services on Allied-Secret Communications networks currently include Exchange and UC services;
Mission Command Application Services. Provide 99.8% availability of Mission Command application services (i.e. Global Command and Control System – Joint (GCCS-J) and GCCS-Army) on Allied-Secret and US-Secret Communications networks.
Mission Command Collaboration Services. Provide 99.8% availability of Unified Capabilities services on Allied-Secret Communications networks.
Mission Command Data Storage Services. Provide 99.8% availability of data storage services on Allied-Secret networks.
Mission Command File/Print Services. Provide 99.8% availability of file/print services on Allied-Secret Communications networks. On US-Secret Communications networks, contractor shall provide file services only; print services are provided by the Army SIPRNET.
Mission Command Windows Update Services. Push all critical Windows Updates to the Allied-Secret Communications enterprise network weekly or as directed by USACISA-P Cybersecurity.
Mission Command Back-up and Recovery Services. Provide Allied-Secret and US-Secret Communications network customers with back-up and recovery services.
Back-up Services. Perform daily incremental and weekly full back-ups on Allied-Secret and US-Secret Communications networks.
Recovery Services. Ensure that Allied-Secret and US-Secret Communications network services recover from failover and failback within one hour. Provide System Continuity of Operations (COOP) recommendation for back-up and recovery services.
Provide reports pertaining to systems maintained under this task (i.e. shared drive capacities/statistics, SharePoint capacities/statistics, server and environmental snapshots, etc.). Operate and maintain server environment for designated systems and plan for expansion for new or emerging systems for future growth of 40%.
Application Services. Provide customers on Allied-Secret and US-Secret Communications networks with bilingual (Korean and English) custom application services, including, but not limited to: hosting, updating, modification and validation of source code. May support custom application services on US-Unclassified but Sensitive Communications Networks for USACISA-P, 1ST SIG BDE, and USFK J6. Deliver an updated indexed compilation of all source code and application data flow diagrams to the Government at the end of each contract year. Maintain documentation in an ITIL-based Definitive Software Library (DSL).
Definitive Software Library (DSL). Work with FT/ATS personnel to host the DSL on the FT/ATS lab/developmental network.
Application Services Maintenance Priorities.
Critical Application Services. Provide at least 99% availability on all critical custom application hosting services, including SharePoint, KTO Portal, Case Operations (CASOP) Tool, and Wartime Host Nation Support (WHNS).
Non-critical Application Services. Provide at least 99% availability on all other custom application hosting services.
Mission Command Troubleshooting Support. In conjunction with the USACISA-P Service Desk, provide customers with expert Tier-3 custom application troubleshooting service via secure telephone, non-secure telephone, Government-designated remote desktop application, and/or personal desk-side assistance. Support troubleshooting of data flow between customer Mission Command systems on Allied-Secret and US-Secret Communications networks which interfaces with USACISA-P O&M-ed Mission Command
