SAIC is seeking a Systems Administrator to work at Shaw AFB, SC.
The qualified candidate will be a part of a small, agile team that provides on-site Tier 1 support. Embedded Support personnel are considered mission essential and deployable on any Regional Combat Commands exercises or operations. The Team provides on-site C2 Family of System technical support at the RCC garrison and deployed locations where the C2 System is fielded. Teams located at these sites shall support not only those specific geographical locations, but also all deployment sites within the RCC’s Area of Responsibility (AOR) and other RCC as needed.
Requirement for Operation and Maintenance support is 5 days a week for each C4I FoS fielded system. Work hours in excess of 40 hours per week per person may be required during contingency operations (deployments or exercises), an alternate work schedule may be required to support 24/7 operations. Typical core hours are 0800 to 1700.
Experience in system administration, setup and sustainment support of deployable C2 programs or other deployable programs of a similar level of scope.
