Description

SAIC is looking for a Cisco WebEx Engineer who will focus on new release certifications, QA, design, client testing, and level 2 support for Cisco WebEx Application and related audio/video support. Desired candidate must also have expertise in implementing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning production operations for Webex software, and experience developing knowledge transfer communications.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Hands on and Experienced on Cisco Webex suite expert who comes in and reduces the complications around Cisco Webex - audio & video conferencing issues.
  • Help users to use Webex for setting up video / audio meetings, assist remote / field users with meetings and assist external parties to join the ‘party’ call
  • Help conduct Webex telephonic and video conferences for executive and senior management and be their ‘dedicated go-to-support SME’
  • Help develop documentation for adoption and troubleshooting. Ensure all changes follow the prescribed change process. Ensure quality control within the change documentation.
  • Train and Engage users for usage and adoption of Cisco Webex
  • Simplify the usage mechanisms for users to adopt Cisco Webex
  • Create user-friendly and concise user training material and cheat sheets for the users and conference rooms
  • Understand interoperability with other Cisco Cloud products
  • The candidate must have excellent oral and written skills and be able to present technical information and communicate across all levels.
  • Work closely with teammates to ensure timely delivery of project goals and ensure smooth ongoing operations and maintenance

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of progressive, relevant industry experience in an enterprise environment
  • Growth in technical skills through certifications like CCNA) or other similar achievements is desired
  • Experience designing and implementing Cisco Webex and creating high-level strategy for uniform enterprise adoption
