JOB DESCRIPTION: The customer is seeking experienced instructional designers to assist with the stand up of a new technical training program for the targeting occupation by providing course curriculum and assisting with various aspects of the training program. The requirements for each instructional designer are further broken down as follows:
The first designer will utilize all facets of the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate) to build course curriculum. The training will include blended and distance learning solutions, along with asynchronous and synchronous approaches to training. The candidate will also develop a comprehensive needs analysis and carry out training evaluations. To support the training, the candidate will create a variety of training products such as guides, handbooks, and job aids.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirement Skills:
Must have current/active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
Requires a Bachelor's degree or (4 years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of degree) and 1+ years of related experience
Must have demonstrated experience with all facets of the ADDIE learning model
Must have track record of developing, implementing, and evaluating project-based learning
Must have ability to create measurable and enabling learning objectives, along with supportive course activities and exercises
Must have successful experience facilitating training working groups and panel discussions.
