We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Microsoft Project Online Administrator to join our team to begin an exciting and challenging career with SAIC.
Summary: We are seeking a Microsoft Project Online Administrator who can help customers design and delivery Project Online configurations to support day-to-day project, portfolio, resource, and prioritization management across the enterprise. Perform role-based account management responsibilities, manage and maintain the enterprise Project Online implementation.
Duties: Responsible for developing technical specifications required to support Projects Online across development, test, and production environments. Support customer requests for access, configuration requests, provide product and user license management, plan and coordinate new software releases, create and deploy user and administrative accounts as necessary to support the enterprise. Work with project managers, business analysts, and other customers to generate ideas, understand issue, develop and implement Project Online based solutions or integrations with other services (i.e. MS Teams, MS Planner, Jira, Power BI) to support the request. Strong business acumen, thought leadership and communication skills required.
Education and Training Requirements: Bachelors degree and 5 years of related IT system administration and application support experience. At least 2 years working with MS Project Online services and integrations. Candidates with additional service and application integration experience to the MS Project Online platform desired. Microsoft Project Online Administrator training or certifications also valued. Demonstrable experience implementing and supporting the Microsoft Project Online service.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements: Highly motivated, self-directed, customer friendly, and responsible administrator. Seek out and champion best-in-class Microsoft services and solutions. Keep the services running with minimal disruption to our customers.
US Citizen or Green Card Holder. Ability to attain a Public Trust clearance. Position may be open to remote location and telework flexibility.
