JOB DESCRIPTION: Candidate will receive calls from users to perform actions regarding existing devices such as, but not limited to, activations, address issues regarding cell coverage, or troubleshooting devices. The candidate will process multiple types of ticket requests using BMC Remedy and follow established job guides to perform duties. Candidate will work with multiple carriers to order devices and will return devices according to existing telecom disposal guides.
Must have two years’ experience operations of large computer systems.
