SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst Sr. in San Diego, CA.

 

Job Duties:

  • Provide Project Management and Financial Support to PMW-160 TACNET Contract.

  • Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.

  • Manage task order budgets and estimate to complete

  • Issue Work Authorization Documentation

  • Develop BOEs

  • Respond to task order RFPs within 5 business working days

  • Authorize Level of Effort requests

  • Ensure customer requirements are met and tasking is within scope of PWS.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelors and six (6) years or more of related experience; Masters and four (4) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience

  • Active DOD Secret clearance.

  • Six (6) years or more of related experience

  • Familiarity with Cost Point

  • Experienced with developing BoEs

  • Experience managing Cost Plus task orders

  • Proficient at managing task order execution and funding
