Job Description


Support an Enterprise Content Management services utilizing digital imaging and database software for Orange County using Hyland Software's OnBase product. Application support includes planning, installing, maintaining and performing administration duties for OnBase system software, related tools, utilities and OEM software products.

  • Duties will include but not limited to Interface with customers to install and support the OnBase application and related products.
  • Provide OnBase presentations and demonstrations as required. Interface with customers to ensure requirements are being met.
  • Respond to incidents, problems and work orders as appropriate via ticket management system.
  • Install scanners and verify functionality. Provide minor scanner maintenance, and customer training. Install OnBase software on client workstations.
  • Field service calls.
  • Candidate will provide support for scanning hardware, workstations, interface components and software to support the scanning hardware.
  • Ensure the integrity, security, recoverability and performance assessment of digitally retained documents.
  • Candidate will provide technical support and training for digital imaging users in the areas of problem determination, design, maintenance, connectivity, performance and capacity management.



Required Education and Experience: 

  • Must have an Associates degree in a relevant field or a High school education and 2+ years of relevant experience 
  • Experience with ECM products desired
  • Experience with Hyland Software desired
  • Must have prior Software support experience 
  • Must have at least 1+ years of direct software experience

    • JavaScript, AngularJS, jQuery, CSS3, Bootstrap 3.0, HTML5, AJAX
    • C++, C#, ASP .NET Webforms/ MVC 5, Python, SQL Server, Kendo, jQuery, Angular JS
