  • Provide OpDiv system inventory and weakness SGRC/Archer reports to HHS Leadership.

  • Develop, test, and maintain the HSDW system to include software, code development and scripting, hardware, upgrades, documentation, vulnerability remediation and data.

  • Customize the privacy web-based tool based on requirements from the HHS Privacy team.

  • Build custom dashboards and reports in Jasper Reports.

  • Monitor HSDW Support mailbox and address privacy requests within 24 hours.

  • Support and provide ad-hoc HSDW reporting to allow a near real-time understanding of the Department's security posture.

  • Develop, test, and maintain the HSDW system to include software, code development and scripting, hardware, upgrades, documentation, vulnerability remediation and data.

  • Ensure the HSDW security authorization documentation and ATO are current, identifying and correcting potential and actual vulnerabilities.

  • Maintain security and operations documentation to include but not limited to System Security Plans (SSP), Information System Contingency Plans, Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms), operations manuals, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Coordinate with OCIO stakeholders to ensure all user requirements are identified and considered within the system, and that HSDW and other OCIO systems have the ability to share data as needed.
