We are actively seeking a Policy Analyst to provide expertise and assistance in research to support national policies and decision-making for a Mission customer. The selected candidate will directly coordinate with colleagues and senior-level government personnel on the status of various tasks/initiatives. Your talents, perspectives, and efforts will contribute directly to the production of valuable intelligence to facilitate positive mission outcomes.

 Responsibilities Include:

  • Serve as a cyber policy analyst and advise senior IC decision-makers throughout the process of USG interagency policy development
  • Draft memos, talking points, backgrounders, and other products for senior leaders
  • Review, research, analysis, and suggest revisions/provide feedback to current policy
  • Support, facilitate, coordinate, and attend senior-level meetings, record meeting summaries and action items, and track progress on next steps
  • Engage internal and external stakeholders to develop relationships, collaborate, and set and achieve objectives
  • Create and maintain website content, databases, calendars, and resource repositories
  • Generate innovative ideas and leveraged advances in technology to accomplish the mission more efficiently and effectively
  • Support, facilitate, coordinate, attend senior-level meetings, track and record meeting summaries and action items, and progress on next steps toward completion


  • Active TS/SCI Clearance with full scope polygraph
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or Cyber Security (or related fields)
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting IC and/or elements and/or DOD providing policy analysis and review
  • Technical understanding and awareness of topics such as: emerging technology and cyber offense/defense
  • Demonstrate experience conducting with all source research
  • Familiarity with the IC and its components, as well as its missions, disciplines, capabilities, and interrelationships
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with senior leaders from inside and outside the USG, and to coordinate, network, and communicate across the IC
  • Excellent writing skills to be able to explain technical information in a simplified, clear, and concise manner, with written or oral communications.
Desired qualifications:
  • Familiarity with USG interagency deliberations and processes
  • Experience or familiarity with DoD policy or operations (especially cyber/USCYBERCOM)
  • Experience with executive level/senior management support
