PC Refresh Coordinator

SAIC has an immediate need for PC Refresh Coordinator interested in a permanent full time role working remote. This position will coordinate PC Refresh activities with in support for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Maintaining and monitoring Refresh plans and schedules
  • Organizing, attending and participating stakeholder meetings
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
  • Ensuring refresh SLAs are met
  • Providing administrative support as needed
  • Undertaking additional tasks as required
  • Developing Refresh strategies and standard set of tasks that can be used by the LCM Team
  • Ensuring all refresh documentation is maintained appropriately
  • Assess refresh risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
  • Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

 

  • Associate’s Degree in related discipline and three (3) years related experience; Or High School diploma and five (5) years equivalent experience performing in a technical support role
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and apply other time management skills to operate effectively in a highly fluid, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines

 

CLEARANCE:

  • Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
