We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented IT Quality Assurance Specialist- Senior to join our DOT NHTSA team to begin an exciting and challenging career with SAIC.Qualifications
Education and Training Requirements: Must have at least 9 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control of IT services and a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Must have experience with ISO, Six Sigma, CMMI or other quality management standard. ITIL Foundations or above certificate preferred. Must be fully aware of IT project lifecycle and familiarity with agile methods. Must have experience pulling, analyzing and reporting data from IT Service Management and Event Monitoring tools.Overview
