SAIC is seeking a highly motivated, multi-disciplinary mid-level Cloud Systems Engineer to work on an exciting and ops focused program! You will assist with systems administration, research and development, systems engineering, and enhancement/expansion to a new mission system leveraging public cloud services. In this role you will also bring new enhancement ideas and perspectives to an already approved internet-based solution to support a Cyber Program. The engineer will work in an operational environment that is highly reliant on public cloud and related emerging technologies. The candidate will be expected to work independently and in a team to provision cloud resources based on mission requirements. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily O&M of existing public cloud hosted resources such as virtual machines, network configurations, storage volumes, encryption keys and VPN instances.
