Job Description


Join SAIC's team as a Mission Command Integration Specialist/ LVC-G Planner in Honolulu, Hawaii.  This is in support of the US Army’s JPMRC TADSS program.


This position is contingent upon award of contract.

This opportunity is Part Time on Call. There will be 2-3 30 day exercises per year. 


Job Summary: This planner will assist in the planning, coordination, synchronization, and  execution of the Technical Integration Working Group (TIWG) JELC for all JPMRC rotations.   


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the development of a proposed mission command architecture by integrating all Mission Command Network Systems, establishing proposed linkages between rotational training units (RTU),  LVC-G entities and Operations Group (OPSGROUP), and OPSGROUP/EXCON.  
  • Identifies planning and coordinating of all support required for the use and integration of MCNS during all JPMRC exercises (JNN, STT,  GATR, RETRANS Support, Network Support, etc.).     
  • Assists in the planning, coordination, synchronization, and execution of the Technical Integration Working Group (TIWG) JELC for all JPMRC rotations.   
  • Develops an EXCON/HICON digital exercise (DIGEX) checklist, timeline and executes the DIGEX for all JPMRC exercises.  
  • Assists in the coordination of all required service level agreements, authorities to operate, routing and procedures to facilitate OPSGROUP/EXCON access to required servers, portals, etc. of the RTU in support of JPMRC exercises.  
  • Lead for the development and execution, to include tracking all Instrumentation System (IS) milestones.  


  • Active Secret security clearance and US Citizenship
  • At least three (3) years relevant experience at a CTC, MTC, and/or  JMRC/JPMRC like exercise experience have a full understanding of the Army Combat Training  Center Program and methodology to create, apply, evaluate and modify models and simulations in support of live exercises using LVC simulations data.       
  • Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of directly related experience in lieu of degree.
