Join SAIC's team as Site Lead/Project Manager in Honolulu, Hawaii. This is in support of the US Army's JPMRC-IS Instrumentation Training Analysis and Computer Modeling and Simulations Support (ITACSS) section.
This position is contingent upon award of contract.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs as the Site Lead/Project Manager with supervisory/managerial authority and responsible for the performance of the work on the contract and serve as a planner/operations officer in surge/execution if needed.
Ensure that all members of the team are productive and resolves problems as they arise as well as develops work plans/schedules in order to meet contractual requirements.
Regularly exercises independent judgment providing oversight, supervision and training of subordinate personnel who operate workstations across the Mission Command and Network Systems in the preparation and presentation of multi-media products for and during After Action Reviews (AAR).
Must be able to work independently with minimum guidance
Leadership responsibilities include: supervision, coordination, scheduling, training and managing of subordinate contractor personnel supporting the Observer Controller/Trainer (OC/T) teams with situational awareness, doctrinal principles and tactical knowledge.
Serves as the single point of contact (POC) that works with the OSCOR at USARPAC in support of the management and program level for contract communications and has full authority to act for the company on all TO matters relating to daily operation of this TO.
Requires an Active Secret Clearance and US Citizenship
Demonstrated experience with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience within the Joint, HQDA, ASCC/ACOM level in HsT and/or CTC Training Operations.
Bachelor's degree or 4 years of directly related experience in lieu of degree.
Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively supervise others and interface with client representatives on a regular basis.
Must be able to handle the stress of a fast-paced, technical work environment. Sound judgment and problem solving skills are also important.
Experience experience with the DATE and Pacific scenarios, scenario builds, strategic planning and exercise execution expertise.
Knowledge of the Operational and Organization (O&O) Plan, Joint National Training Capability (JNTC), and Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental and Multinational (JIIM) Working Group.
Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. TDA and be capable of developing a Concept Plan for submission to HQDA.
Demonstrated experience with Joint/Bi-Lateral and Multi-national Exercises, Concept Plan Development, Organizational Analysis and the ability to analyze, organize and present knowledge from large amounts of data using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
