Performs qualitative and quantitative analyses, including, but not limited to, project planning and execution, life cycle acquisition planning and management, risk analysis and mitigation plan development. Also requires experience in complex programs. Requires knowledge of contractor earned value/performance reporting and analysis in order to classify and summarize data for the preparation and submission of earned value management reporting. Demonstrated experience with work breakdown structures, cost accounting principles/financial models, schedule development and analysis, and technical performance measurement is required. Experience tracking and archiving UAS Certifications of Authorization is desired.
Experience in managing complex programs across multiple lines of business; knowledge and experience in program/project management to develop program schedules and metrics associated with planning for continued UAS integration into the FAA’s National Airspace Program. Supports the planning, organizing, and tracking of highly complex and challenging activities necessary to meet the deliverables associated with a Special Program or Project in the Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Integration Office, AUS. Works as part of a highly functioning program team and must effectively collaborate and coordinate to meet program goals and objectives. Experience in producing executive level reports, briefings and issue papers. Experience in developing executive level dashboard related to program objectives and metrics.
Strong technical management and project management skills - UAS experience preferable, familiar with FAA regulations, most notably 49USC part 91 and part 107 as they relate to UAS. Understand the difference between civil, commercial, and public aircraft operations. Familiar with UAS systems, capabilities and emerging technologies. Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, guide and work with groups across lines of business that include federal and contract resources. Knowledge of UAS, including technology, operations, regulations, applications. Must be able to perform research on aspects of UAS to respond to inquiries.
Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to work in fast paced dynamic environment.
Experience in acquisition planning, systems engineering, project planning, scheduling, metrics development and tracking, and use of project management tools are highly are required.
Software Requirements: Microsoft Project and other related software ; Primavera, Tableau, ; Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Excel –Knowledge of SharePoint, AdobeConnect, & Microsoft Project
Master’s Degree in related technical or management discipline and 5 years of experience in the above duties. Master’s Degree may be waived with 10 years of experience in performing the above duties and a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or other related field.

Required clearance is an SF-85P completed on site by the FAA.
