SAIC is seeking a Senior Program Integrator to work as a member of an energized team on a leading edge technology program with an exciting mission critical to national security objectives. 


The Senior Program Integrator works directly with the Executive Leadership in the Front Office of a dynamic government organization and helps our customers solve complex problems; manage communications, meetings, schedules, risk, policy compliance, and workflow; plan and track travel, budgets, and reporting; and increase workforce productivity through process improvement. A successful candidate will thrive work in a high-paced environment, deliver quality products and negotiate dynamic requirements. The candidate can apply their administrative skills to ensure the office workflow continues even during high-demand activities. You will maintain Microsoft calendars for the senior Government officials, schedule and coordinate arrangements for meetings, to include travel arrangements when required. You will gather and compile information for various reports and briefings, review and ensure high quality products for office leadership. You will transcribe confidential or technical information, take and distribute meeting minutes, order supplies, distribute mail, answer phones, respond to customer/client/employee inquiries, and other office administrative duties as required. You will interact with other support staff and departments to gather, supply, or coordinate information.  

Job Duties

  • Manage executive schedules, coordinate visit requests, de-conflict events.
  • Manage senior-level executive correspondence.
  • Organize and facilitate internal and external communications on a wide array of subjects including internal and external tasks, program reviews
  • Coordinate travel requirements to include local, CONUS and international destinations.
  • Support the changes to travel and assist in any required pre-travel clearance and approvals in a timely manner.
  • Deliver unclassified and classified taskers, messages, incoming mail, and pick-up any outgoing correspondence and transport it to the appropriate distribution points.
  • Sort and deliver incoming and outgoing unclassified and classified mail to include special messages (cables).
  • Support any office security requirements including document management.
  • Manage resources to include equipment required in the office.
  • Assist in developing special event requirements such as time and place, location, duration, number of attendees, security requirements, and travel arrangements.
  • Arrange for appropriate conference rooms/facilities and prepare meeting places in accordance with acceptable protocol and security procedures such as seating arrangements and security verification.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph.
  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree with six years relevant experience is required OR a Masters and four years of related experience working in a government contracting or onsite with a government customer in an administrative assistant capacity.
  • Must have strong leadership, problem identification/resolution skills, flexibility, initiative, and a proven ability to work with Senior Executives efficiently and effectively (to include experience interfacing/communicating with Senior Executive leadership in both government and industry).
  • Must have experience with Government travel processes 
  • Must have experience with general administrative work including transcribing meeting minutes, producing reports and presentations, coordinating meetings, calendars and leadership schedules.
  • Must have demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and team environment.
